Custom Produced Reporter Cells

Standard exogenous reporter cells can be produced for you by Xactagen.  Included is micoplasma testing, restriction digestion and transfection into mammalian cells, selection on G418, expansion of clones, and cryopreservation of 6 clones (two vials each at one million cells per vial).  Cells are to be provided by investigator.  Production also assumes cells are transfectable by electroporation.  If not, alternative delivery methods can be explored.
